Deposit & Cancellation Policies

One night's
deposit on a credit card or by check confirms your reservation
of up to five days; two nights' deposit is required for 6 or
more.

Confirmations will be mailed or e-mailed within 2 days of
booking.
If you cancel 15 days or more in advance of your reservation,
your deposit will be refunded less a $25 administrative charge.

If you
cancel less than 15 days in advance, your deposit, less the $25
fee, is returned only if the room reserved has been rebooked.

For
Fall Foliage and the Holidays, a 30-day cancellation policy
applies.

Additional Information
Smoking is not permitted inside the inn,
but is allowed on the decks
& porches.
The Inn has no special features or facilities for small children. We
recommend our Green Mountain Suite for families with children 8
years and older.
Pets are not allowed (service animals excepted),
but there are
several kennels nearby.
Special Occasions
The entire inn may be rented for special occasions.
A two-night minimum stay is required for events held at the inn.
Outdoor weddings, civil unions, and vow renewals for up to 20 guests
can be accommodated.
Indoor stand-up socials for up to 20 guests can be accommodated.
Meetings for up to 8 people can be accommodated in our dining room.
Availability will depend upon our lodging business.
Weekdays during quiet seasons are the best times.
Lunch can be provided for an additional per person fee.
Rates
All rates are based upon single
or double occupancy
and are subject to change.
- Quiet
season rates are in effect from March 11 – May 24, 2007 and
October 21 – December 20, 2007 and.
- Peak season
rates are in effect from September 21 – October 13, 2007 for
Foliage and December 21, 2007 – January 1, 2008 for the
Holidays.
- Two night
minimum stays are requested during Foliage ONLY.
Call for availability of a single night stay,which may be
available as we piece our calendar puzzle together. An
extra person in the Green Mountain Suite or
New Hampshire Suite is
$20 per night.
- Stay
4 or more nights and receive a 20% discount.
We
accept cash, personal and traveler’s checks,
AMEX, Visa, MasterCard,
& Discover.
Rates
do not include 9% Vermont Meals & Lodging Tax.
